Just reading about this story in the first place was blow. I don’t buy the insect story at all. I had people swerve at me intentionally when cycling (I guess the very concept of riding a bike offends some people; once was even during a charity bike ride), and this looks much the same. He just hit the bike when all he wanted to do was freak out the rider.
